Unlike other forms of online advertising, where you pay a certain amount upfront or pay per click (PPC) and hope that you can convert that advertising into sales, affiliate marketing offers you a more cost effective option because you only pay when an action has been taken (CPA - cost per action) - This could be a sale on your website or a form being filled out. You are not paying for clicks or visitors, you are only paying for sales!

Your banner is added to the Dalphi Network and is available to publishers (other website owners who want to make money from advertising). These publishers add your banner to their website and promote your products or services and send their website visitors to you. When a referred visitor makes a sale (or fills out a form) on your website, that publisher is paid a commission.

You can choose who has access to your banners or your campaign manager at Dalphi can do this for you.

What is required?

1) Fill out the signup form or contact us

2) Upload your banner to the network or send through for your account manager to add - If you need a banner created, we offer the services of a graphic designer at very competitive rates, please contact us for more details.

3) Your webmaster is given a tracking pixel to place on the confirmation page on your website.

4) It’s free to join and there are no setup fees, the only requriement is an initial deposit of $100 credited to your Dalphi account for payment of commissions.

How much does it cost?

Free to join with no set up fees. You set the commission rate that is right for your business, it can be a percentage of sales (eg. 10% of the sale price), or a set amount per sale (eg.$5.00 per sale). Dalphi charges 3.5% commission that is paid at the same time the affiliates are paid.

An example of how affiliate marketing works:

Your banner or a text link is added to the Dalphi Network, your webmaster is given a tracking pixel (generated by Dalphi Network) to place on your shopping cart or signup confirmation page.

Publishers apply for permission to use the banner, once accepted the publisher takes the banner code (specifically assigned to that banner and that publisher) and places on their website to promote your goods or services.

When a visitor on the publisher's website clicks on your banner (tracking begins) they are taken to your website.

The tracking duration can be set for however long you would like, this could be from one day up to a year. For this example we will use 30 day tracking duration:

If the visitor that the publisher referred to your website makes a purchase from you within 30 days, the publisher will receive a commission for that sale.

Let's say the commission rate is at 10% and the visitor makes $100 purchase 19 days after first viewing your website, the publisher will receive $10 commission for that sale.

It is a win-win situation. You receive more website traffic and most importantly, more sales while still holding full control over the customer experience. The publisher makes a commission for sending traffic that generates sales on your website.
